FAQ:

  • Look no further than our event planning package! Our event planners will work with you to create an unforgettable experience that perfectly captures your vision and exceeds your expectations. Whatever the occasion is, a corporate event, birthday celebration, baby shower, bridal shower or just because we are thrilled to create your vision come to life!

    We provide luxury pop-up picnics, luxury elevated decorations that can be rented or table-top design that can be hired for your special occasion.

    We offer local vendor services if you are looking to elevate your celebration in providing additional services, such as photography, backdrops, florals and full-services design, send us an email for a quote.

  • Browse through the desired package and determine how many guest are attending. If booking a picnic package, $100 deposit is required to reserve your date, otherwise your reservation is not guaranteed. If booking less than 72 hours, full price is due plus additional expediting fees will apply.

    If you are reserving any items for rent, all payments must be paid up front in full. Specialty items will require a deposit . We offer delivery/pick-up for additional fee, starting $85+.

  • When placing a reservation from our inventory, all payments must be paid up in full. Please make a reservation 3-4 weeks before your event, a deposit may required for specialty items. Our rental period is 3 days, Friday - Monday.  Late fee will be applied if the drop-off is past 5:00pm, on Monday. You can drop off the items earlier than Monday, please be sure to contact us for a drop-off time.

    We accept: Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay or debit card. No credit are accepted for payments over $200.

    Once the payment has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with the date, time and address of the pick up. We are located in Antelope, 95843 zip code. We are flexible with the pick-up and drop-off, however we ask you to let us know in advance when you will be on your way.  We are closed on Sundays.

    All items must be returned washed, clean, wiped in the same manner it was picked up.

    Linen/napkins

    • We encourage you to be mindful of stains, rips, grease, candle wax etc. on the table runners or napkins as this doesn’t wash off and will be charged an additional damage fee, if unable to wash off.

    • We understand life can get busy, we can do the washing for you, for an additional cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance.

    Delivery

    • Delivery is optional, for additional fee of $85+

    If you are using your own truck for pick-up, please bring your own straps, blankets etc as we will not provide this for you.

    Refund or Cancellation:

    • You will receive 95% refund if canceled the first 24 hours.

    • You will receive 50% refund if cancelled over 1 week rental period.

    • You will receive 20% refund if cancelled less than 1 week before rental period.

    • There will be no refunds given for cancellations less than 24 hrs before your rental period.

    Expedited fee will apply if booking within 24 hours or less, please email us if you have any questions.

  • Pop-up picnics can be set-up at a local park, venue or at the privacy of your own home/backyard or a private event. Once you submit your payment for a desired package, we will send out an email confirmation. Any additional fees (cancellation, damage fees, service fee) will be paid separately. All payments must be completed over 72 hour period by: Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Cash App or Debit card. We do not accept credit cards.

    All set-ups must be no more than 50 yards from the parking lot and if there are steps, unleveled ground, and if the path is not easily accessible to our staff, additional fee may be applied.

    The client is responsible for ALL equipment rentals for the duration of their reservation period or until we return. Please do not leave our equipment unattended. Any damages or loss to any of the equipment rentals will be assumed by the client and will incur additional charges.

    We have the right to change, modify or cancel your reservation, if there is a no show within 15 minutes, the full price will be charged and no refunds will be given. We may not able to extend your time.

    If you have any questions please email us. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event we will, we will keep the $100 deposit, you are able to make-up with 4 weeks.

  • At this time, we do not provide food but you are welcome to bring your own food, cake, cup cakes, desserts by ordering food through uber eats, poshmates or other local vendors. You can rent dessert or cake stand by clicking here.

    Drinks: We do not provide drinks, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please note: no alcohol, glass containers, or smoking in public places (park per city code 12.72 and the customer will be fully responsible for any violation.

  • Picnics: We aim to be as flexible as possible with our clients, we understand that life happens. All we ask is a 72-hour notice in advance to rescheduling your picnic (you will be able to transfer your $100 deposit as it is not refundable). We serve multiple picnics throughout the week and strive to be able to accommodate all bookings!

    Cancellation less than 72 hours, no shows, or late show (after 15 minutes) will not receive $100 deposit credit/transfer and cancellation fee will be charged full price of the package.

    Rentals: All items must be washed, dried and packaged the same way you received it. Cleaning fee will apply, if items are returned unclean, stains, candle wax, dirty, lost or damaged.

    Late fee will apply if the delivery is pass the 3-day rental period.

    Cancellation:

    95% refund if cancelled within 1 week+ (processing fee is non-refundable)

    90-50% refunded if cancelled within less 1 week

    No refund guaranteed if cancelled less than 72 hours

  • We do not offer refunds for event planning or picnic packages; however, the deposit may be applied towards your re-scheduled event.

    • We will hold your $100 deposit for up to 30 days.  It will be up to you to  schedule a make-up event according to the availability.

    • A new deposit  will be required to schedule a new reservation after 30 days for a picnic package. 

    • Refund or Cancellation for renatls:

      • You will receive 50% of total order if cancelled before 7 + days before your rental date.

      • We will keep 100% of total order if cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.

      • You will receive 20% of total order if cancelled less than one week before start rental date.

      • There will be no refunds given for cancellations less than 24 hrs before your rental period.
